The Partners

Our reports are candid, emphasizing the pluses and minuses important in appraising property value.  Our guideline is to tell you the value facts that we would want to know if our positions were reversed.  We owe you no less.

 

 

We provide certified value opinions to assist with the following: mortgage loans; estate planning and estate settlements; property transfers for trusts, foundations, and high-net-worth family holdings; tax assessment reviews and  advice; dispute resolution (including divorce, estate settlements, property partition suits and  foreclosures); advice in eminent domain and condemnation property transactions; feasibility studies; expert witness testimony; market rent and trend studies; and arbitration services on space and land lease value disputes.

 

Our primary market area is Northwest Washington, however, our clients have retained us to appraise property located throughout Washington, and the western United States.

 

We are on most lender and government agency “approved appraiser” lists, and we meet the IRS “qualified appraiser” and “qualified appraisal” report requirements.

 

The Partners are Washington State Certified General Real Estate Appraisers, and the firm has Professional Liability Insurance provided by Liberty Insurance Underwriters, Inc.

 

 

 

Kevin Clarke, MAI, Andrew White or Nicholas Veenstra, MAI directly serve each client.  Combined, the partners have nearly a century of real estate appraisal and consulting experience.  We are recognized within the industry for our understanding of complex real estate value issues, such as partial interests, space and land leases, and real estate with a going concern component.
