Property Types Analyzed - Broad experience in analyzing a wide variety of property types.  Particular emphasis on elderly care facilities, including independent, assisted living, special care, and skilled nursing facilities; and hospitality properties, including hotels, motels, and resorts.

 

Geographic Areas Served - Assignments have been completed in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, Utah, California, Alaska, New Mexico, and Nevada.

Provided various consulting services to all aspects of the hospitality industry including: feasibility studies, pro-forma analyses, layout/design consulting, design of accounting systems and procedures, management services, etc.

 

Opened four full-service hotel properties, assisting in the set-up of systems, policies and procedures, and in the training of personnel.  Managed three convention hotels and served as corporate controller for multi-property management and development company.
