Kevin Clarke, MAI is the founder (1983) and President of Clarke, White & Veenstra. As a value advisor, his research, writing and teaching serves the needs of those who own, manage, sell, buy, and/or lend money on real property. His perspective is that of a bystander, an observer of market participants and how they create wealth and value. He provides professional opinions on universal investment questions, such as: “What’s it worth?” or “How can we maximize the value of our assets?” Investors seek his advice to reduce risk or loss, maximize return on investment and build real wealth. His opinions are objective, impartial and unbiased, and provide a level of third-party insight unavailable from other sources.
